Ringbinder edition is 85 GBP / 99 € / 120 USD.

The ringbinder edition is very heavy (4.2 kg!), so shipping abroad is quite expensive.
So, if you live in UK, US or Germany, we strongly suggest to order at the sales points:

Softcover edition is 65 GBP / 75 € / 95 USD. 

The softcover edition (2.2kg) is printed on demand, needs usually 4 to 7 days to be printed, add shipping time to that (depends on country).
Only R.D. Enterprise (USA) and Grafos Verlag GmbH have phyical stock of the softcover edition.
The book can be ordered in some book stores (depends on their suppliers), but the books still needs to be printed.
